Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 30 KVA UPS with Batteries and All Allied Accessories for Call Center RTO-II, RDF Complex, G-9/1, Islamabad

The Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited invites bids for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 30 KVA UPS with batteries and all allied accessories including DB, breakers, cables, etc. for the Call Center RTO-II located at RDF Complex, G-9/1, Islamabad. Items being procured: - 30 KVA UPS - Batteries - Distribution Board (DB) - Breakers - Cables - All allied accessories This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. The technical scope includes complete installation and commissioning at the specified site in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with bid security requirements as per the bidding documents. The bidding process will use the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders should submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 by or before Thursday, November 12, 2026, 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
