Architectural Illumination of FBR Building, Radio Pakistan, FPSC Building & Cabinet Building at Constitution Avenue Islamabad

The Procurement and Contract Wing of the Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Architectural Illumination of the FBR Building, Radio Pakistan, FPSC Building, and Cabinet Building located at Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P137931. Items being procured include: - Supply and erection of PVC pipes for wiring including inspection boxes, pull boxes, hooks, and surface repairs - Supply and erection of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed copper conductor cables of various specifications - Supply and installation of wall mounted distribution boards (DB) with powder coated paint, locks, indication lights, digital voltmeter and ammeter, current transformers, and controls - Supply, installation, and commissioning of Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) and Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB) of specified ratings from approved manufacturers - Providing, making, testing, and commissioning of rod type earth points with copper coated MS rods and copper plates - Providing and fixing RCC manholes with CI frames as per standard drawings - Dismantling and placing of cement concrete plain of specified ratios - Providing and fixing high performance up lights, wall washers, flood lights, linear lights, and drivers from approved makes - Supply and erection of PVC pipes and cables for service connections The technical scope covers complete electrical illumination works including wiring, cabling, installation of lighting fixtures, distribution boards, circuit breakers, earth points, and associated civil works such as manholes and concrete works. The site is located at Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with Category-4 and specific codes EE-04 & EE-06. Bidders must have valid FBR registration and demonstrate relevant experience in illumination works with minimum contract values as specified. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by Friday, October 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS and review all bidding documents carefully.
