Construction Works for Pakistan Railways Karachi and Hyderabad including RCC Switch Rooms, Fiber Stalls, and Embankment Repairs

Pakistan Railways invites qualified firms to submit bids for multiple construction works in Karachi and Hyderabad under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The procuring department is Pakistan Railways, Karachi division, with works also in Hyderabad city, Sindh province. Items being procured: - Construction of RCC Switch Room/Sub Stations near Block No. 115 & 230 at Karachi City Colony and Block No. 473 Railway Colony Karachi Cantt (Estimated Cost Rs. 3,794,103) - Construction of 18 Fiber Stalls (16'x12'x10') on open plot adjacent to IOW/HDR Bungalow Naya Pul Road Hyderabad on HDR-TDM Section (Estimated Cost Rs. 4,068,998) - Special Repair to Short Embankment of DN Main Line from KM. 175/6 to 175/1 between Kotri-Hyderabad Stations (Estimated Cost Rs. 941,832) - Special Repair to Short Embankment of DN Goods/Main Line from KM. 175/1 to 174/13 between Kotri-Hyderabad Stations (Estimated Cost Rs. 947,256) The scope includes civil construction and repair works requiring PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization in Civil Engineering. The projects have a completion period of 10 months each. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS V2.0). A scanned copy of bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in favor of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi, must accompany the bid. The original bid security and hard copy of bidding documents must be submitted in the tender box at the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi. The deadline for bid submission is 11:00 AM on 15-10-2026, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives.
