Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Shaheed Benazirabad invites bids for the arrangements of the 7th Academic Convocation of SBBU SBA. This opportunity is open to experienced service providers who can deliver comprehensive event management solutions for a major academic ceremony in Shaheed Benazirabad. Items being procured: - Arrangements for 7th Academic Convocation of SBBU SBA The technical scope includes complete event management services for the convocation, which may cover venue setup, stage and seating arrangements, sound and multimedia systems, decoration, guest management, and all logistical support required for a successful academic event. The bidder must ensure high-quality materials and professional execution as per university standards. Eligibility criteria require valid registration in NTN, GST, and SRB (where applicable). Bidders must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in event management and must meet the turnover requirements specified in the bid documents. Earnest Money of Rs. 426,000 must be submitted in the form of permissible instruments as per SPPRA Rules, in favor of Security Deposit SBBU-SBA. Tender fees are Rs. 5,000 per tender, non-refundable, payable via Pay Order. Bid documents can be obtained from the Procurement Cell, SBBU-SBA, and all applications must be submitted online via SPPRA-EPADS by 12-11-2026 at 10:30 AM. Late bids will not be accepted.
