Comsats University, Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites bids for the Waterproof Frame Tent Marquee Event Management Program for Convocation-2026 and Degree Awarding Ceremonies scheduled for two days. This procurement covers comprehensive event management services including tentage, stage setup, seating arrangements, decoration, lighting, and allied services at the Islamabad Campus. Items being procured: - Waterproof frame tent/marquee, size 90 ft × 150 ft with structural arrangement, flooring and carpeting - Runners as per approved site requirements - Stage, size 50 ft × 30 ft, carpeted with access steps and handrails - Artificial flower stage décor with tree/fairy lighting and fresh-flower arrangements - VIP stage seating for eight persons with presidential-type chairs and tables - SMD podium/rostrum with microphone connection - General seating: 1,100 chairs with covers - VIP guest seating: 100 sofa/executive chairs - Pandal decoration including lighting, artificial flowers, fairy lights, and four arches - Mist fans and standing heaters as per site plan - Fresh-flower bouquets (six total) The contractor is responsible for transportation, installation, safe operation, maintenance during the event, and dismantling/removal post-event. All arrangements must comply with approved designs, safety standards, and instructions from the End User Department. Bidders must submit a lump-sum rate on EPADS along with an item-wise price breakup for payment processing and quantity adjustments. Applicable taxes should be indicated separately. Eligibility requires registration on EPADS, active taxpayer status, non-blacklisting, and proven experience with similar events.
