AUCTION: Different Facilities at Lahore Zoo, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam (The Mall), Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Lahore Zoo invites interested parties to participate in the auction of different facilities located at Lahore Zoo, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam (The Mall), Lahore. The auction is managed by the Lahore Zoo management and aims to lease out facilities for specified durations under terms and conditions detailed in the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. Items being auctioned: - Fish Aquarium with a bid security of Rs. 307,500/- for a duration of 2 years - Parking Facility with a bid security of Rs. 460,000/- for a duration of 1 year The auction covers leasing of these facilities where bidders must comply with the technical and financial requirements as per the RFP. Interested firms must be registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). The RFP documents can be purchased from the office of the Director, Lahore Zoo, on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000/- per document. Bidders are required to submit one original and one soft copy (USB) of the technical proposal in a sealed envelope by 1200 hours PST on the submission date. The submission address is the Office of the Director, Lahore Zoo, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam (The Mall), Lahore. Call deposits, pay orders, or demand drafts for the bid security must be submitted in the name of Director, Lahore Zoo by 04:00 PM on 17-11-2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Firms meeting mandatory and technical evaluation criteria will be invited to participate in the auction. The Lahore Zoo management reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
