Comsats University, Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites bids for the provision of a comprehensive Foods & Catering Event Management Program for the Convocation-2026 and Degree Awarding Ceremonies scheduled over two days. This procurement covers the full catering and event management services required to successfully host the event at the university premises in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Day 1 Session 1: Chicken Qorma, Chicken Biryani, Palak Paneer, Steamed Roast, Raita, Live Naan, Tin (can) cold drinks, glass water bottles, Kheer, Green Tea (150 persons) - Day 1 Session 2: Chicken White Qorma, Chicken Biryani, Mixed Vegetables, Steamed Roast, Raita, Live Naan, Tin (can) cold drinks, glass water bottles, Sooji Halwa, Green Tea (100 persons) - Day 1 Session 3: Chicken Qorma, Chicken Pulao, Mixed Vegetables, Steamed Roast, Raita, Live Naan, Tin (can) cold drinks, glass water bottles, Gajar Halwa, Kashmiri Tea and Green Tea (100 persons) - Day 2 Session 1: Chicken Karahi, Chicken Biryani, Palak Paneer, Steamed Roast, Raita, Live Naan, Tin (can) cold drinks, glass water bottles, hot Gulab Jamun, Green Tea (100 persons) - Day 2 Session 2: Chicken White Qorma, Chicken Biryani, Mixed Vegetables, Steamed Roast, Raita, Live Naan, Tin (can) cold drinks, glass water bottles, Kheer, Green Tea (100 persons) - Day 2 Session 3: Chicken Qorma, Chicken Biryani, Palak Paneer, Steamed Roast, Raita, Live Naan, Tin (can) cold drinks, glass water bottles, Gajar Halwa, Kashmiri Tea and Green Tea (100 persons) - Additional 400 glass water bottles - Round-table seating, executive chairs, crockery, cutlery, setup and service (if not included in session rates) The scope includes preparation, transportation, live naan service, buffet counters, trained service staff, table setup, replenishment, cleaning, and waste removal after each session. Food quality, hygiene, and safety standards must be strictly maintained. Bidders must be registered, active taxpayers with valid NTN and GST registration, and not blacklisted. Experience in similar institutional or event catering contracts over Rs. 1,000,000 each in the last five years is mandatory. The contract will be awarded on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 9 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid security must be submitted as a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Comsats University Islamabad. The successful bidder will coordinate closely with the university and ensure timely, quality service for approximately 650 meal covers across six sessions.
