The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) is procuring comprehensive turnkey event management services for the ARRANGEMENTS OF 79TH INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS CAMPAIGN KARACHI-2026. This major campaign will be held in Karachi and includes a wide range of cultural, entertainment, and public engagement activities across multiple venues such as Mazar-e-Quaid, Sea View, Frere Hall, Burns Road, Port Grand, and others. The scope covers planning, designing, coordinating, executing, and managing all events and allied services for the Salaam Karachi – Azadi Festival 2026 from 10th to 19th August 2026. Key activities include concerts, drone shows, fireworks, cultural performances, sports events, food festivals, heritage tours, innovation summits, and a grand finale. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, artists, security, medical support, sanitation, power, branding, media campaigns, and reporting as per the approved Bill of Quantities. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, Sindh Revenue Board, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. They should have relevant experience in managing large-scale public festivals or government-sponsored events within the last three years. Financial strength is required with audited statements and minimum turnover matching the bid amount. Joint ventures are allowed.
