Tender and Term Contract for Artificer Works at GE (Army) Tarbela

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites tenders for a Tender and Term Contract for Artificer Works at GE (Army) Tarbela Sub Division B&R/E&M for a period of one year from the date of the first written work order. This contract is intended for skilled artificer services to be performed at the Tarbela site under the MES Schedule of Rates and any applicable Special Schedule of Rates. Items being procured: - Artificer Works for various maintenance and repair tasks as per MES Schedule of Rates The contract covers all works within the defined boundaries of the GE (Army) Tarbela area. No work shall be ordered outside these limits. No stores will be issued for shuttering, centering, scaffolding, or similar; these are to be arranged by the contractor. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor and materials except those specifically issued from MES store yards within the garrison or division area. Eligibility requires compliance with MES regulations and the ability to perform works valued up to Rs. 300,000 per single job or service. The contractor must ensure all employees are familiar with the Official Secret Act 1923 and other security provisions. The Engineer-in-Charge reserves the right to control site access and inspect records related to defense contracts. Tender submissions must be delivered to GE (Army) Tarbela by 1200 hrs on the specified closing date, addressed and marked with the contract number GE-TBA-/2026. All documents must be returned whether or not a tender is submitted. The President of Pakistan does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any tender.
