Tender Description
This tender invites experienced firms and contractors in Wah Cantt to undertake term contracts for artificer works, repair, maintenance, and periodical services at Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Gadwal. The scope includes minor building works and engineering side buildings maintenance, as well as periodical services such as white washing, distempering, and painting across various POF Gadwal facilities. The contracts cover multiple sites including the T.A Factory and filling production buildings, ensuring comprehensive upkeep of critical infrastructure.
The work demands skilled manpower familiar with civil maintenance and repair, along with the ability to manage periodical services efficiently. Contractors must be prepared to handle engineering challenges related to maintaining factory buildings and production units in Wah Cantt, a key industrial city in Punjab. Applicants should hold valid PEC registration and maintain a good FBR/ATL status for the financial year 2025-26.
