Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for 100KVA and 200KVA distribution transformers, along with associated services, covering a total of 8,600 units. This procurement is part of HESCO's ongoing efforts to modernize its distribution network and enhance operational efficiency in Hyderabad.
Items being procured:
- Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for 100KVA distribution transformers (quantity: as per lot, total 8,600 units combined)
- Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for 200KVA distribution transformers (quantity: as per lot, total 8,600 units combined)
- Supply, installation, and commissioning services for APMS on all specified transformers
- Related technical and after-sales support services
The technical scope includes the provision of APMS hardware and software, integration with existing transformer infrastructure, on-site installation, and comprehensive training for HESCO staff. Bidders must ensure that all supplied systems are compatible with HESCO's operational requirements and meet international standards for utility asset management.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar utility projects and proven technical capacity are required. Earnest Money and Bid Security must be submitted as per tender documents.
