Tender Description
The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the supply and installation of CCTV Systems. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Items being procured:
- Supply and installation of CCTV Systems
Bidders can immediately access bid documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 23-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
The scope includes providing CCTV systems inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost and must be submitted via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the submission of bid documents. Customers can file complaints via SBP's 'Sunwai' service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately as per the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure.
