Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1000 KVA Transformer and Supporting Electric Equipment at DHA Karachi

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi invites sealed bids from well reputed K-Electric approved firms registered under Income Tax/Sales Tax Act for the purchase of the following items at DHA Karachi on Turn Key Basis. Items being procured: - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1000 KVA transformer as per KE latest specs - Supporting electric equipment Bidding documents along with technical specifications can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate, DHA Head office on submission of written request and payment of prescribed Bid Documents Fee in shape of Pay Order (non-refundable) in favour of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. Sealed proposals must be submitted at the undersigned office by 15 October 2026 at 1030 hours. Prequalification, Technical and Financial proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. DHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under existing rules and regulations. Late tenders will not be entertained. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical specifications and submit earnest money as required. This tender follows a single stage procedure comprising three envelopes (Prequalification, Technical & Financial Bids). The bid opening date and time is 15 October 2026 at 1100 hours.
