Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Municipal Committee Allahabad is inviting sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for Adda Stand Fee at Sheikhupura Road Allahabad for the financial year 2026-2027. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the exclusive rights to collect stand fees at the specified location for a one-year period. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Local Government Auctioning of Collection Rights Rules.
Items being auctioned:
- Collection rights for Adda Stand Fee, Sheikhupura Road Allahabad, for the period 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027 (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,275,000 per annum, Earnest Money: Rs. 230,000)
The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting the stand fee from the designated adda/stand as per the approved rates. Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of Rs. 230,000 along with their application. Only those registered as contractors for collection rights for the year 2026-2027 are eligible to participate. The auction will be held on 31-08-2026 at 1:00 PM at the Municipal Committee Allahabad office. Bidders must present their original CNIC and registration card at the time of auction. The successful bidder will be required to pay the bid amount in three equal installments, with 10% and 2% advance payments as per committee approval.
All participants are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions printed in the notice. The committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. For a competitive edge, ensure your earnest money and registration documents are complete and submitted well before the auction date to avoid last-minute issues.
