College Burewala is inviting sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for agricultural produce, specifically Bajra, Jantar, and Moong crops, for the year 2026. The auction will be held at the college premises located 7 kilometers from Chuchak Road, Burewala. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction process for the right to collect and manage the specified crops from the college's agricultural lands. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for Bajra crop from field number 867, auction on 07 September 2026 at 10:30 AM - Collection rights for Jantar crop from field number 201, auction on 08 September 2026 at 10:30 AM - Collection rights for Moong crop from field number 47, auction on 08 September 2026 at 10:37 AM - Collection rights for Moong crop from field number 91, auction on 08 September 2026 at 10:37 AM - Collection rights for Moong crop from field number 3.25, auction on 08 September 2026 at 10:30 AM The technical scope includes the right to harvest, collect, and remove the specified crops from the designated fields as per the schedule. The successful bidder will be responsible for all activities related to the collection and removal of the produce within the stipulated time frame. Eligibility criteria require interested bidders to bring their original CNIC and submit a refundable earnest money deposit of PKR 100,000 in the form of a pay order. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions, including payment of applicable taxes (10% for filers, 20% for non-filers) and timely completion of the collection process. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. The auction will be conducted in person at the college premises.
