AUCTION: Intermediate and Secondary Education Board Sargodha Old Answer Sheet Scrap Sale 2026

This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire large quantities of used answer sheets and related paper scrap from the board's stores in Sargodha. The auction will be held at the board's premises, and all eligible bidders are invited to participate as per the terms and conditions outlined in the notice. Items being auctioned: - Old answer sheet scrap from Intermediate Annual Examinations 2024 (Part I & II), Intermediate Supplementary Examinations 2024, and Matric Annual Examinations 2025, approximately 1,72,000 kilograms, reserve price Rs. 68 per kg - Old answer sheet scrap from Matric Supplementary Examinations 2024, approximately 28,500 kilograms, reserve price Rs. 60 per kg - Old answer sheet scrap from Middle Standard Examinations, approximately 3,000 kilograms, reserve price Rs. 50 per kg The technical scope covers the collection, weighing, and removal of the specified scrap lots from the board's premises. Bidders must ensure compliance with all board regulations regarding the handling and transportation of scrap material. The total estimated value for all lots is **PKR 6,77,800** based on the reserve prices and quantities provided. Interested parties must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order equivalent to 10 percent of the total reserve price as Earnest Money. The auction will be held on **22-09-2026 at 1:30 PM** at the board's main office in Sargodha. Bidders are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for registration and verification.
