The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Lahore invites sealed bids for the auction of BER Admin Store Items located at 73-Trade Centre M.A Johar Town, Lahore. Bidders must provide valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, CNIC, and proof of active taxpayer status. The successful bidder must deposit 100% of the offered amount within three days of award and remove all items within seven days at their own expense. Taxes including 18% sales tax and withholding tax (10% filer, 20% non-filer) are applicable over the bid amount and must be paid by the successful bidder. Bidders are advised to inspect the items at the NADRA Regional Head Office prior to bidding. Only authorized representatives with signed authority letters may attend the bidding proceedings. Failure to comply with terms may result in bid rejection or forfeiture of bid security. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons as per PPRA Rule 33.
