AUCTION: Municipal Committee Kandhkot Shops, Cabins, Godowns Lease

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Kandhkot invites interested parties to participate in an open public auction for leasing municipal shops, upper storeys, cabins, godowns, platforms, and open spaces located in various prime locations of Kandhkot city. The auction is conducted under the directives of the Honorable High Court of Sindh and the District Court Larkana, ensuring a fair and transparent process. Applications are accepted from 28th September to 13th October 2026 during office hours. Applicants must submit a duly filled application form along with a copy of CNIC, contact details, and the specified security deposit via bank draft or pay order in favor of the Municipal Committee Kandhkot. Only Pakistani citizens with valid CNICs may participate; government servants, lawyers, and journalists are excluded. Defaulters and blacklisted persons are barred from participation. The auction will be held at the office of the Municipal Committee Kandhkot. The highest bid on the auction date will be accepted, subject to government approval if required. Unsuccessful bidders will have their security deposits refunded immediately. The successful bidder must deposit the balance and execute a lease agreement within the specified period. Bidders are advised to inspect the properties before applying. Priority will be given to local inhabitants. The Municipal Committee reserves the right to withhold, postpone, or cancel the auction without assigning reasons.
