AUCTION: Unserviceable Stores and Scrap at Heavy Industries Taxila

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) is offering an auction of unserviceable stores and scrap located at its premises in Taxila. The auction will be conducted on 07-08 October 2026 from 0930 to 1500 hours. Interested bidders may view and assess the auctionable stores and scrap on 02-06 October 2026 between 1000 to 1200 hours at HIT premises. Items being auctioned include unserviceable stores and scrap materials held at HIT. The auction is conducted on an 'As is Where is' basis. Successful bidders will be required to deposit 25% of the total auctioned lot amount on the spot or same day, with the remaining 75% plus applicable government taxes to be deposited within the stipulated timeframe. General sales tax, income tax, and other government taxes will be applicable as per the latest policy and must be deposited into the government treasury. Bidders must possess original CNIC with photocopy for entry. Successful bidders will also deposit a set of firm/company letterhead, delivery order, tax challan forms, and computerized national identity card copies. Removal of auctioned lots must be done by the successful bidders themselves within fifteen working days at their own expense. The security type store/scrap will be demilitarized (cut into pieces) at the bidder's expense under supervision at HIT premises. The competent authority reserves the right to reject or cancel any or all bids without reason. Additional conditions will be announced before the auction start.
