The auction will be conducted for the following sites and rights: Items being auctioned: - Fee collection rights for Vegetable/Fruit Market, Road Bhakkar (Reserve Price: Rs. 6,800,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 680,000, Bid Security: Rs. 30,000) - Fee collection rights for Vegetable/Fruit Market, Mankera (Reserve Price: Rs. 550,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 55,000, Bid Security: Rs. 30,000) - Fee collection rights for Vegetable/Fruit Market, Dullewala (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,500,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 350,000, Bid Security: Rs. 30,000) - Fee collection rights for Vegetable/Fruit Market, Kallur Kot (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,500,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 550,000, Bid Security: Rs. 30,000) The auction will be held on 26-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Market Committee Bhakkar. Interested parties must submit their sealed bids along with the required earnest money (10% of the reserve price) and a bid security of Rs. 30,000 for each lot. Bidders must also provide a copy of their CNIC and an affidavit confirming no outstanding dues with the Market Committee. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 60% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid as per the terms specified in the auction notice.
