AUCTION: Collection Rights of Entry Fee and Parking at Business Market Rawalpindi 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Market Committee Rawalpindi is inviting sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for entry fee and parking at the Business Market for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee Rawalpindi on 26 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect entry and parking fees from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The reserve price for this auction is set at Rs. 3,500,000. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction process. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for entry fee and parking at Business Market Rawalpindi for the period 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027 (Reserve price: Rs. 3,500,000) The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect entry and parking fees from all vehicles and persons entering the Business Market during the specified period. Bidders must submit a pay order or CDR of Rs. 30,000 as earnest money along with their application. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 1/4th of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount payable as per the terms outlined by the Market Committee. Eligibility criteria include submission of a valid CNIC, proof of tax registration, and compliance with all terms and conditions set by the Market Committee. Bidders must not be defaulters of any previous contracts with the committee. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee officials and interested bidders. Bids must be submitted in person at the office of the Market Committee Rawalpindi before the auction date.
