AUCTION: Café Teria Lease at Balochistan Institute of Child Health Services Quetta

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Balochistan Institute of Child Health Services Quetta (BICHQ) invites sealed bids from well-reputed and registered firms for the auction of Café Teria situated within BICHQ premises in Quetta. The auction includes the lease of the Café Teria located upstairs on the 1st floor and the kitchen on the ground floor. Items included in the premises are furniture, crockery, shelves, complete cooking systems including burners, utensils, cooking pots, washing sink, washing space, and other kitchen-related items. The rent includes the bill of gas and electricity. Items being auctioned: - Café Teria (Upstairs on 1st Floor) including furniture, crockery, shelves - Kitchen (Ground Floor) including cooking systems, burners, utensils, washing facilities The successful bidder will manage staff and crockery, provide neat and clean uniforms approved by BICHQ management, and maintain hygiene standards including medical fitness certificates and HIV tests for employees. The contractor must ensure quality food for staff and patients, maintain cleanliness of kitchen and café premises, and comply with inspections for vegetables, oil, meat, chicken, and spices. The bidder must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) and submit a turnover certificate. The auction rent must be sustained for at least twelve months. Eligibility requires a minimum of 10 years experience running hospital café terias in the public or government sector. The bidder must submit a fixed bid security of 5% as Pay Order/Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee. A performance guarantee of 10% of the auction value is required before signing the agreement. The minimum bid value is Rs. 77,000. Payment of the auction amount must be submitted to BICHQ account by the 5th of each month. Submission deadline is 23rd September by 11:00 am at the office of the Chief Executive Officer, BICHQ. Auction opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 noon in the conference room of BICHQ Admin Block, Patel Bagh Quarry Road, Quetta. The management reserves the right to cancel or extend the auction process without prior intimation. Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and ensure timely submission of bids with required security to avoid rejection.
