Auction of Cafeteria at University of Education Faisalabad Campus

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Education Faisalabad Campus invites sealed bids from experienced firms registered with Income Tax Department and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for the auction of the cafeteria at its Faisalabad Campus. The auction is conducted under the Single Stage two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Items being auctioned: - Cafeteria at University of Education Faisalabad Campus The tender document is available immediately after publishing and can be obtained from the Accounts Office, University of Education, Lahore, Faisalabad Campus, College Road, Samanabad Faisalabad from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm Monday to Friday upon depositing a tender fee of Rs. 1000 in the BOP Samanabad Faisalabad branch through challan or Pay Order in favor of Principal University of Education Faisalabad Campus or College General Fund Account No. 6510120301800048. Bid security of Rs. 84,900/- in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Principal University of Education Faisalabad Campus must be submitted with the bid. Bids without bid security or supporting documents will be rejected. The closing time for bid submission is 27-08-2026 till 10:00 AM, and bids will be opened on 27-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule No. 35. All applicable taxes will be deducted by the University in advance.
