AUCTION: Cafeteria and General Store Annual Rent at GC Women University Sialkot

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. GC Women University Sialkot invites sealed bids from individual entrepreneurs, business persons, or firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the auction of university cafeteria and general store spaces on an annual rent basis. The auction covers two campuses: Fatimah Jinnah Campus and Imam Bibi Campus in Sialkot. Items being auctioned: - Fatimah Jinnah Campus: Cafeteria & Fresh Juice Shop (Estimated Rental Value Rs. 1.5 Millions, 5% Bid Security Rs. 0.075 Millions) - Fatimah Jinnah Campus: Photocopier, Stationary & General Store (Estimated Rental Value Rs. 0.7 Millions, 5% Bid Security Rs. 0.035 Millions) - Imam Bibi Campus: Cafeteria & Fresh Juice Shop (Estimated Rental Value Rs. 3 Millions, 5% Bid Security Rs. 0.15 Millions) - Imam Bibi Campus: Photocopier, Stationary & General Store (Estimated Rental Value Rs. 0.8 Millions, 5% Bid Security Rs. 0.04 Millions) The auction is for the annual rental value excluding tax. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect bid documents from the office of Director A&C (GCWUS) during office hours. Bid documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the university website www.gcwus.edu.pk. Bids must be delivered to the specified address by or before August 31, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders' representatives. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Treasurer, GC Women University Sialkot. Late bids or bids without CDR will be rejected. The university is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparing or delivering bids.
