AUCTION: Canteen of Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi for One Year

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the auction of its canteen for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal. The auction concerns the canteen area of 5300 sqft near the Emergency Department. Items being auctioned: - Canteen space of 5300 sqft near Emergency Department The auction process includes registration, eligibility verification by the hospital, grievance redressal, and submission of samples and CDR. The reserve price for the canteen is set at Rs. 33,876,700/- for one year excluding taxes. The auction will be conducted online via the e-Auction Portal (https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk/login). Applicants must register on the portal before the deadline and upload all required documents. Earnest money of 10% of the reserve price must be furnished in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The earnest money must be submitted within ten days of the announcement of evaluation results. The auction will start from the advertised reserve price, and bids must exceed the previous offer by at least 1% of the reserve price plus the last offer. If no offer is received by the scheduled auction time, the auction will end automatically. If offers are received in the last minute, the auction will be extended by five minutes to allow further competition.
