NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Government Zainab Graduate College for Women Chowk Shaheedan, located on Railway Road Multan, is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of its canteen and bookshop for the academic years 2026-27. This opportunity is open to interested parties who wish to operate these facilities within the college premises. The auction will be conducted as per the schedule and terms outlined by the college administration.
Items being auctioned:
- Lease rights for the college canteen (annual minimum bid: Rs. 100000)
- Lease rights for the college bookshop (annual minimum bid: Rs. 5000)
The successful bidders will be granted the right to operate the canteen and bookshop for the specified period. The canteen must provide hygienic food and beverages to students and staff, while the bookshop should supply textbooks, stationery, and other educational materials as required by the college. Bidders are required to submit earnest money of Rs. 5000 for the canteen and Rs. 1000 for the bookshop in the form of a pay order or CDR along with their sealed bids. The auction will be held on 12 September 2026 at 10:00 AM in the college premises. Bidders must bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit on the day of the auction.
Eligibility criteria include prior experience in running similar facilities, compliance with college rules, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. The highest bidder meeting all requirements will be awarded the lease. All government taxes and levies will be applicable as per rules.
