AUCTION: Lease of Constructed Shops at PGSH Scheme Multan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (PGSHF) invites interested parties to participate in an open auction for the lease of constructed shops at its PGSH Scheme in Multan. The auction offers constructed shops located in two blocks with a lease period of 10 years and a 10% annual increase in monthly rent. Items being auctioned: - Shops (Constructed), 1 Marla Each, 03 Shops (Shop No. 01 to 04), A-Block near Society Office, Reserve Rent Rs. 26,800 per Month per Shop - Shops (Constructed), 1 Marla Each, 02 Shops (Shop No. 05 to 07), C-Block near Masjid, Reserve Rent Rs. 26,800 per Month per Shop The lease will be awarded through an open auction process. Interested bidders must submit separate applications for each shop by 26.09.2026 at 11:00 AM along with earnest money equal to three months' reserved rent in the form of CDR, bank draft, or pay order favoring the Project Director, Punjab Government Servant Housing Scheme, Multan. Auction proceedings will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM at the Project Director's office in Multan. Bidders are encouraged to download tender application forms and bidding documents from the official PPRA or PGSHF websites immediately after publication. The PGSHF reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or cancel the bidding process under Rule-35 of the PPRA Rules, 2014 (amended). For further information, bidders may contact the office during working hours from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM. The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after the auction proceedings. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your earnest money is correctly calculated as three months' reserved rent per shop and submitted on time to avoid disqualification.
