AUCTION: Haroonabad THQ Hospital Canteen Contract 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Haroonabad, District Bahawalnagar, invites bids for the paid concession and operation of the hospital canteen for financial year 2026-27. The successful bidder will obtain the right to operate the canteen at the hospital premises and provide food and beverage services for patients, attendants, visitors, and hospital staff in accordance with the conditions issued by the hospital administration. This is a concession arrangement rather than a purchase of supplies by the department. The operator is expected to manage the canteen, maintain hygienic preparation and serving standards, provide suitable food and refreshments, keep the premises clean, and comply with hospital, health, food safety, taxation, and administrative requirements. The bidder must submit the prescribed tender or auction documents, the required CDR, and evidence of eligibility. Government employees, firms or individuals declared defaulters, and otherwise ineligible participants will not be allowed to participate. The bidder must have an active taxpayer status and provide a valid NTN, where applicable. Documents may be obtained and submitted at the office of the Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Haroonabad, District Bahawalnagar. The last date and time for sale of documents is 20 August 2026 at 10:30 am. Submission of documents closes on 20 August 2026 at 11:00 am, while the auction will be held on 20 August 2026 at 11:30 am.
