AUCTION: Canteen Lease Rights for Government Degree College for Women Gojra 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Government Degree College for Women Gojra is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of its canteen for the academic year 2026-27. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to operate the college canteen and serve the student and staff community in Gojra. The lease period will commence from 01-09-2026 and continue until 31-08-2027, covering the full academic session. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the college canteen for the year 2026-27 (01-09-2026 to 31-08-2027) The reserve price for the canteen lease has been set at Rs. 30,000 per month, and the successful bidder will be required to deposit 10% of the annual lease amount as earnest money at the time of bid submission. The auction will be held on 11 Shaban 1448 Hijri (corresponding to 07-08-2027), and all interested parties must ensure their presence on the specified date. The canteen operator will be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards and providing quality food items as per college regulations. Only those with relevant experience in running canteens or food outlets are encouraged to participate. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and submit a written application along with the earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR. The final decision will be made in the presence of the auction committee, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award. For bidders, it is advisable to visit the college premises beforehand to assess the canteen space and understand the expected footfall.
