AUCTION: Canteen and Parking Stand Rights at Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Renala Khurd

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Renala Khurd is inviting sealed bids for the auction of rights to operate the hospital canteen and the parking stand within the hospital premises. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the lease rights for these two facilities for the upcoming financial year. The auction will be held at the hospital on 28 October 2026, with the canteen auction at 10:00 AM and the parking stand auction at 11:00 AM. Items being auctioned: - Canteen (Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Renala Khurd) - Parking Stand (Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Renala Khurd) Interested bidders can obtain the bidding documents from the hospital office between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM on working days. Each bidder must bring their original CNIC and submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or demand draft of one lakh PKR as earnest money in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Renala Khurd. The successful bidder for the canteen must pay 50% of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining amount due within one week. For the parking stand, the highest bidder must pay the full amount before taking possession; otherwise, the opportunity will be given to the next highest bidder. All applicable taxes will be the responsibility of the successful bidder. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Medical Superintendent will be final, and legal recourse can be sought in the relevant court.
