LEASE: Allotment of 5-Kanal Land for Car Parking at University Shopping Plaza Bannu

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Science & Technology Bannu invites sealed bids via the E-PADS electronic procurement system for the lease allotment of 5-Kanal land designated for car parking at the open space of the University Shopping Plaza near the Judicial Complex in Bannu. This opportunity is specifically for well-established and reputable firms, companies, and contractors registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments as well as the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active taxpayer status. Items being leased: - 5-Kanal land for car parking at University Shopping Plaza Land near Judicial Complex Bannu The lease is for a duration of one year with a required earnest money deposit (CDR) of Rs. 500,000. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the E-PADS portal https://eprocure.gov.pk/ by 26th October 2026 at 11:00 am. The bid opening will take place the same day at 11:30 am in the conference room of the main campus of UST Bannu, where bidders or their representatives may attend. Hard copies of the CDR and bid document fee of Rs. 2000 must also be delivered to the office of the Store Officer by the bid closing time. All bids must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes and remain valid for 90 days from the bid opening date. The Registrar of University of Science & Technology Bannu reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 47 of the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid submission requirements and ensure timely electronic submission through E-PADS to avoid disqualification. Maintaining active registration with tax authorities and submitting the required CDR and fees in hard copy on time are critical for eligibility.
