AUCTION: Canteen and Parking Stand of DHQ Hospital Jhelum for Financial Year 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. DHQ Hospital Jhelum invites interested parties to participate in the auction for the canteen and parking stand for the financial year 2026-27. The auction is for the lease of these facilities for one year starting from the date of award letter, extendable for three months upon satisfactory performance. Items being auctioned: - Parking Stand with a bid security of Rs. 500,000 - Canteen with a bid security of Rs. 500,000 Bidders must submit their bidding documents via the e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 18-09-2026 before 10:00 AM. The auction will be held on 19-09-2026 at 10:00 AM for the parking stand and 11:30 AM for the canteen. The successful bidder is required to submit three months' payment of the successful bid in advance to the Government Treasury within three days along with all applicable taxes. The security deposits of the second and third place bidders will be returned after awarding the contract to the first place bidder. Failure to deposit the contract amount will result in forfeiture of the call deposit receipt (CDR) and awarding the contract to the next bidder. The hospital administration reserves the right to reject all offers before the contract date under PPRA 2014, Amended Rule 35(1). Defaulters declared by the Government or autonomous bodies are not allowed to participate. The successful bidder must vacate the premises within 15 days of prior notice if central contract award is made. Bidding documents are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the E Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and ensure timely submission of bids through the official e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification.
