AUCTION: Skardu International Airport Car Parking Fee Collection Concession

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites registered companies, firms, joint ventures, and sole proprietors to participate in a concession opportunity for collection of car parking fees at Skardu International Airport, Skardu. The opportunity is structured as reverse procurement and requires submission of separate technical and financial offers under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. The successful bidder will obtain the right to operate and collect approved car parking charges at the airport premises, subject to the tender terms, concession conditions, airport requirements, and applicable PAA regulations. Mandatory lot or item: Lot 1, Collection of Car Parking Fee; reserve price **Rs. 146,600 per month**. The license period is three years or until the concession premises are disturbed by the SKIAP Expansion Project, whichever occurs earlier. The concession timing and contact availability are 0900 to 1700 hours on working days. Tender documents may be obtained until **20 August 2026**. A non-refundable tender fee of **Rs. 5,000** is payable for each concession. Technical and financial submissions must be delivered on **21 August 2026 at 1100 hours** at the Office of the Airport Manager, PAA SKIAP, Skardu. The submitted offers will be opened at the same venue on **21 August 2026 at 1130 hours**.
