Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
District Headquarters Hospital Mirpur is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of its car parking facility for the financial year 2026-27, with the lease period ending on 30-06-2027. The auction will be held on 27-08-2026 at 12:00 noon at the hospital premises. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the opportunity to manage and operate the parking facility.
Items being auctioned:
- Motorcycle/Auto Rickshaw Parking (collection rate: 60 PKR)
- Motorcycle Large Rickshaw Parking (collection rate: 40 PKR)
- Cycle Parking (collection rate: 30 PKR)
The successful bidder will be required to deposit a Call Deposit of Rs. 50,000 as earnest money before participating in the auction. Only those who submit the call deposit will be allowed to participate. The winning bidder must pay the full lease amount in advance, along with applicable withholding tax and a 100 PKR stamp duty, before the lease agreement is signed. The lease will be awarded for one year, and the successful bidder will be responsible for collecting parking fees as per the approved rates. All terms and conditions of the KPPRA and the hospital administration must be strictly followed.
Eligibility requires submission of the call deposit, compliance with KPPRA rules, and agreement to the lease terms. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and submitted on time. The auction will be conducted transparently, and any disputes will be resolved as per the hospital's policy.
