Cantonment Board Peshawar is inviting sealed bids for the auction of entry fee collection rights at Khalid Bin Waleed Park, Peshawar Cantonment, for a period of three years from 01-10-2026 to 30-09-2029. This opportunity allows the successful bidder to collect entry fees from park visitors and manage the entry system as per the terms set by the board. The auction is open to all eligible parties who meet the requirements outlined in the notice. Items being auctioned: - Entry Fee Collection Rights for Khalid Bin Waleed Park, Peshawar Cantonment (Reserve Price: Rs. 10,200,000 for three years) The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect entry fees at the specified park, with the successful bidder required to comply with all operational, maintenance, and reporting obligations as per the contract. The auction will be conducted on an open competitive basis, and the highest bidder will be awarded the contract, subject to verification and approval by the competent authority. The second highest bidder will be required to deposit 1/4th of their bid as security until the process is finalized. Eligibility criteria include submission of earnest money (10% of the reserve price) in the form of CDR or pay order, valid CNIC, and proof of experience in similar contracts if available.
