AUCTION: District Headquarters Hospital Lakki Marwat Canteen Lease Rights 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District Headquarters Hospital Lakki Marwat invites sealed bids for the auction of lease rights for its canteen for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 2026-08-28 at 12:00 noon at the hospital premises. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction process for the opportunity to operate the hospital canteen for one year, ending on 2027-06-30. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the District Headquarters Hospital Lakki Marwat canteen (annual contract) To participate, bidders must submit a Call Deposit of Rs. 50,000 in the name of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat, along with a copy of their CNIC and a written application before the auction date. Only those present at the time of auction will be eligible to bid. The successful bidder will be required to sign a formal Lease Agreement with the hospital administration and comply with all relevant KPPRA rules and government tax requirements, including Withholding Tax (provincial or federal as applicable). The winning bidder must deposit the full annual lease amount within 10 days of the auction, after which the possession of the canteen will be handed over. Failure to comply with payment or agreement terms will result in cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the deposit. The hospital administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Tip: Arrive early on the auction day to complete all registration formalities and ensure your Call Deposit and documents are in order, as latecomers or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
