AUCTION: Lease Rights of Cattle Market, Bus Stand Shops, and Parking Stand Doshakh

Tehsil Municipal Administration Doshakh invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for lease rights of various municipal assets for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted through the e-auction portal, and all eligible bidders are encouraged to take part in this transparent process. The assets being offered for lease are as follows: - Cattle Market Doshakh (Annual Reserve Price: Rs. 1,200,000) - Bus Stand Shops Doshakh (Annual Reserve Price: Rs. 800,000) - Parking Stand Doshakh (Annual Reserve Price: Rs. 500,000) Each asset is being offered for a one-year lease period, and the successful bidder will be responsible for managing the respective facility in accordance with municipal regulations. The auction will be held online, and detailed terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, earnest money requirements, and documentation, are available on the official website. Bidders must submit a pay order or CDR equivalent to 10 percent of the reserve price as earnest money before participating in the auction. Only those registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) will be eligible to bid. The deadline for submission of documents and earnest money is 3rd October 2026. The auction will be conducted through the e-auction portal, and physical presence at the TMA office is not required.
