Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Noshera invites bids for the lease rights of key municipal assets for the financial year 2026-27 through an open E-Auction process. The properties being offered for lease are significant revenue-generating sites within Noshera, and interested parties are encouraged to participate in this transparent process. The auction will be conducted online via the KPPRA E-Bidding portal, ensuring fair competition and accessibility for all eligible bidders.
Items being auctioned:
- New Sabzi Mandi Lease Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,000,000)
- General Bus Stand Lease Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,000,000)
- Cattle Market Lease Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,000,000)
Each property is offered for a one-year lease period, and the successful bidder will be granted exclusive rights to operate and collect revenue from the respective site. The technical scope includes management, maintenance, and revenue collection as per municipal regulations. Bidders must ensure compliance with all local bylaws and operational guidelines issued by the TMA.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money equivalent to 10 percent of the reserve price must be deposited via CDR or Pay Order in favor of Tehsil Municipal Administration Noshera. Only those who fulfill all eligibility and documentation requirements will be allowed to participate in the E-Auction.
