AUCTION: Lease Rights for Cattle Market and Parking Stand, Municipal Committee Kalabagh 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Kalabagh is inviting sealed bids for the auction of lease rights for the financial year 2026-27 under the Punjab Local Government Auction Policy 2016. The auction will be held on 02-11-2026 at 10:00AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Kalabagh. The following lots are being offered for lease: - Lot 1: Lease rights for Cattle Market (Mandi Maveshi) and Parking Stand, with two sub-items: (i) Cattle Market (Mandi Maveshi) and Parking Stand, annual reserve price Rs. 303,288, earnest money Rs. 30,328, period 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027 (ii) Chhota Parking Stand, annual reserve price Rs. 303,288, earnest money Rs. 30,328, period 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027 - Lot 2: Lease rights for General Bus Stand Parking Stand, annual reserve price Rs. 1,373,432, earnest money Rs. 137,343, period 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027 The technical scope includes the management and operation of the cattle market and parking stands as per the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee Kalabagh. Bidders must deposit 10% of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of CDR. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 60% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid as per the schedule. Only those bidders who are not defaulters of the Municipal Committee and have no outstanding dues are eligible to participate. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and the decision of the committee will be final. Bids must be submitted in person at the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Kalabagh, before the auction time. For best results, bidders should ensure all required documents and earnest money are prepared in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
