AUCTION: Lease Rights of Cattle Markets in Sahiwal District 2026-2029

The Cattle Market Management Company Sahiwal is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of various cattle markets in Sahiwal district for the period 2026-2029. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to operate and manage these markets, which are vital commercial hubs for livestock trading in the region. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the Government of Punjab, ensuring transparency and fair competition among bidders. Items being auctioned: - Cattle Market No. 1, Sahiwal (Reserve Price: Rs. 165,000/-) - Cattle Market No. 2, Chichawatni (Reserve Price: Rs. 165,000/-) - Cattle Market No. 3, Harappa (Reserve Price: Rs. 171,875/-) - Cattle Market No. 4, Kassowal (Reserve Price: Rs. 165,000/-) - Cattle Market No. 5, Ghaziabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 171,875/-) Each market is offered for lease for a period of three years, and the successful bidder will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and operation of the respective market. Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to 15% of the reserve price for each market they wish to bid on, in the form of a CDR or pay order. Only those registered with the FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. The deadline for submission of sealed bids is 13 October 2026 at 2:00 PM at the office of the undersigned in Sahiwal. The auction will be held on the same day immediately after the deadline.
