Rental of Shop for Establishment and Operation of Stationery, Medical Books & Photocopy Shop at MTI-MMC Mardan

Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan Medical Complex Mardan invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the rental of a shop for establishment and operation of a Stationery, Medical Books & Photocopy Shop at MTI-MMC Mardan. This procurement is conducted under the relevant provisions of Rule 50-D of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules, 2014, through a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Rental of Shop for Establishment and Operation of Stationery - Medical Books - Photocopy Shop Bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and, where applicable, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). They must also be listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bid solicitation documents containing detailed specifications, eligibility and evaluation criteria, terms and conditions, and other relevant information can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM from the date of publication until the last date for submission of bids, against payment of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) as a non-refundable document fee. The bidding documents may also be downloaded from the websites of KP-PPRA and MTI-MMC Mardan. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security of Rs. 200,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand Only) in original in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order or Banker's Cheque, drawn in favor of Hospital Director, MTI-MMC Mardan. An affidavit confirming placement of the original bid security in the financial bid, as required under the bidding documents, shall be submitted with the technical bid. Complete bids must reach the office of the undersigned by 11:00 AM on 08.10.2026 (Thursday). Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the Conference Room of MTI-MMC Mardan in the presence of the Procurement/Asset Disposal Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who may choose to attend. The competent authority will award the contract to the bidder offering the highest evaluated/quoted rent, subject to fulfillment of all prescribed eligibility and other requirements. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the applicable provisions of the KP-PPRA Rules, 2014, including Rule 47.
