Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
COMSATS University Islamabad invites Pakistani bidders with valid CNIC to participate in the auction of university vehicles on an 'as is and where is' basis through e-bids using the sealed envelope method on EPADS 2.0 portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). The auction requires submission of a Pay Order or Bank Draft as Bid Security for each vehicle, payable to COMSATS University Islamabad (FTN/NTN: 9013701-9). Physical submission of the hard copy of the Pay Order must be done before the closing date and time at the address provided.
Items being auctioned:
- COMSATS University Islamabad Vehicles (specific vehicle details not provided).
Vehicles can be inspected physically at COMSATS University Islamabad, Park Road, Tarlai Kalan, Islamabad, Monday to Thursday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The price offered by bidders on EPADS includes government auction tax of 10%. Non-filers who win must pay additional government auction tax or risk forfeiture of bid security. The winner must deposit the full amount within 5 working days and will receive the vehicle within 3 working days after full deposit. Pay Orders are not adjustable in payment. Failure to pay or deposit will result in forfeiture of bid security and disqualification for up to one year under PPRA rules. Transfer of ownership must be completed within 15 days by the purchaser, who bears all taxes and charges. No bidder will be entertained via mobile call or WhatsApp.
