AUCTION: Residential Plots Sheikh Maltoon Phase-II Mardan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Urban Area Development Authority (UADA) Mardan is offering an open public auction of 20 residential plots on ownership basis located in Sheikh Maltoon (Phase-II), Mardan. This auction is conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Areas Development Authorities Auction Regulations, 2022. The auction will take place at the Executive Service Club Sector-F Sheikhmaltoon Town Mardan on 02-11-2026 at 1100 hours. If the auction is not concluded on the designated day, it will resume on the following working day. Items being auctioned: - Plot No 98, Sector N, One Kanal, Reserve Price Rs. 15,50,000/- Per Marla, Quantity 01 Nos - Plot Nos 83, 103, 104, 108, 109, 110, 113, & 116, Sector P, One Kanal, Reserve Price Rs. 15,50,000/- Per Marla, Quantity 08 Nos - Plot Nos 33, 34, 76, 77, 109, 140, 141, 143, 159, 165, & 166, Sector Q, One Kanal, Reserve Price Rs. 15,50,000/- Per Marla, Quantity 11 Nos The auction requires bidders to deposit an earnest money of Rs. 300,000 per plot in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of the Director Urban Area Development Authority Mardan before participation. No bidder will be allowed to participate without this security deposit. The security of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after auction finalization. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount within seven working days, failing which the bid will be cancelled and security forfeited. The remaining amount and applicable taxes must be paid within one month of acceptance letter issuance. A surcharge of 1% per day will be charged for late payments. Failure to pay within 90 days will result in cancellation and forfeiture of all deposits. All applicable taxes, fees, duties, and registration charges are payable by the successful bidder. Possession will be delivered only after full payment and dues clearance. Bidders representing others must provide a duly attested Power of Attorney or Authority Letter. The successful bidder will be bound by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Areas Development Authorities Act, 2020, and related regulations. Interested persons may inspect the plots on any working day. Detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the Office of the Housing Officer, UADA Mardan, during working hours on payment of Rs. 3,000 per copy (non-refundable) before the auction. Bidders should ensure timely deposit of earnest money and prepare all required documents in advance to avoid disqualification. Early inspection of plots is recommended to assess location and value before bidding.
