NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Sargodha invites offers for auction of condemned equipment. The items include a variety of technical and office equipment such as Desktop Systems, All in One Systems, LCDs, Form Scanners, Signature Scanners, Form Printers, Thermal Printers, CCTV Cameras, Network Switches, DVR/NVR, Routers/Teltonika, Digital Cameras, Web Cams, Barcode Readers, UPS, and Paper Shredders. The auction will be conducted on an 'as and where it is' basis, meaning bidders will acquire the equipment in its current condition and location. Inspection of the equipment is allowed between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM before the closing date of 29th September 2026, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted holidays, in the presence of the Member Auction Committee. Bids will be opened on 29th September 2026 at 11:30 AM at the RHO NADRA office located at 6th Gulshan Avenue, PAF Link Road, Sargodha, through the EPADS (2.0) electronic bidding system. Bidders must physically submit a CDR amounting to Rs. 31,000/- as earnest money before the bid opening. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25% of the total amount immediately and the remaining 75% within 24 hours. Equipment must be collected within 2 days; failure to comply will result in a 2% daily demerger charge and possible confiscation of the CDR. All applicable government taxes including WHT and GST are included in the bid amount. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions of the auction and ensure timely submission of earnest money and bids through the EPADS platform. Participation requires strict adherence to the auction rules to avoid penalties or disqualification.
