AUCTION: Condemned Equipment and Scrap Items at NADRA Sargodha

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Sargodha is inviting bids for the auction of condemned equipment and scrap items. This auction includes a variety of miscellaneous items such as Plastic Scrap, Water Filter, SMD/Ceiling Fans, Cables, Fiber Canopy, Telephone Sets, Chairs, Executive Chairs, Wheel Chairs, Iron Scrap, DB/Network Box, Change Over, Door, Windows, Television, Wooden Scrap, Miscellaneous Batteries, Liquid, Dry, and Maintenance Free items. Items being auctioned: - Plastic Scrap - Water Filter - SMD/Ceiling Fans - Cables - Fiber Canopy - Telephone Sets - Chairs - Executive Chairs - Wheel Chairs - Iron Scrap - DB/Network Box - Change Over - Door - Windows - Television - Wooden Scrap - Miscellaneous Batteries (Liquid, Dry, Maintenance Free) The auction will be conducted on an 'as is where is' basis through the EPADS (2.0) electronic platform. Interested bidders can find the advertisement and details on the PPRA website at www.ppra.gov.pk. The equipment can be inspected between 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM before 29th September 2026, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted holidays, in the presence of the Member Auction Committee. Bids will be opened on 29th September 2026 at 11:30 AM at the NADRA Regional Head Office located at 6th Gulshan Avenue, PAF Link Road, Sargodha via EPADS (2.0). Bidders must physically submit a CDR amounting to Rs. 27,500 as earnest money before the bid opening. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25% of the total amount immediately and the remaining 75% within 24 hours. Equipment must be collected within 2 days. NADRA reserves the right to charge 2% of the total amount as demerger charges per day for non-compliance and may confiscate the CDR in case of non-adherence to auction terms and conditions. All applicable government taxes including WHT and GST are included in the bid amount. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the items and ensure timely submission of earnest money and bids through the EPADS platform to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of the CDR and registration on EPADS will facilitate smooth participation in the auction process.
