AUCTION: Lease Rights for Installation of Digital Streamers on Medians of Faizabad to 6th Road, 6th Road to Benazir Bhutto Hospital, and Benazir Bhutto Hospital to Marrir Hassan Bridge, Rawalpindi

Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) invites sealed bids for the lease rights to install digital streamers on the medians of three major road corridors in Rawalpindi. This auction presents a lucrative opportunity for advertising agencies and outdoor media firms to secure exclusive rights for prominent locations in the city. The lease period for each lot is 5+5 years, offering long-term business stability and visibility. Items being auctioned: - Lot 1: Faizabad to 6th Road under Metro Corridor (67 poles of digital streamers can be installed on median), Reserve Price: Rs. 5,300,000/- per annum - Lot 2: 6th Road to Benazir Bhutto Hospital (74 poles of digital streamers can be installed on median), Reserve Price: Rs. 5,800,000/- per annum - Lot 3: Benazir Bhutto Hospital to Marrir Hassan Bridge (127 poles of digital streamers can be installed on median), Reserve Price: Rs. 9,900,000/- per annum Each lot specifies the number of poles available for digital streamer installation, ensuring bidders have clarity on the advertising inventory. The successful bidder will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of digital streamers as per RDA guidelines. All installations must comply with the technical and safety standards set by the authority. Eligible bidders must be registered firms with relevant experience in outdoor advertising. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order equivalent to 2% of the reserve price for each lot is mandatory at the time of bid submission. Bidders must also be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Sealed bids must be submitted to the RDA office in Rawalpindi by the closing date. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
