AUCTION: Disposal of Assets of Road Transport Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Road Transport Board (RTB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure of KPPRA Rules 2014 for the disposal of its assets. The assets offered for disposal include the Collection of Adda Fee of Peshawar Bus Terminal (PBT) and the Mobile/Computer Accessories Shop located at the Peshawar Bus Terminal. This auction is managed by the Road Transport Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, based in Peshawar. Items being auctioned: - Collection of Adda Fee of Peshawar Bus Terminal (PBT) with a bid security of PKR 15,000,000 and requiring LCB registration in "A" Category - Mobile/Computer Accessories Shop in Peshawar Bus Terminal with a bid security of PKR 500,000 and requiring LCB registration in "A or B or C" Category Bid solicitation documents containing detailed descriptions, eligibility criteria, minimum benchmark values, and terms and conditions can be obtained from the Office of the Secretary Road Transport Board / Director Transport Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, located at Room No. 135, Ground Floor, Benevolent Fund Building, Peshawar Cantt. The documents are available upon payment of Rs. 500/- per application through bank draft in favor of Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, during working days from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipts or Pay Order in the name of Secretary, Road Transport Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Contractors must be registered with the Local Council Board, Local Government Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The last date for sealed bid submission is 18-09-2026 at 01:30 pm for the Adda Fee collection and 02:00 pm for the Mobile/Computer Accessories Shop. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 pm and 02:30 pm respectively. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Successful bidders will be bound to deposit prescribed Income Tax and any other applicable taxes as imposed by Federal or Provincial Government. In case the bid submission or opening date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
