Auction for Disposal of Parking Fee Collection Rights in Rawalpindi Cantonment 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 for the auction/disposal of Parking Fee Collection Rights for the Year 2026-2027 at various locations of Rawalpindi Cantonment. This auction is conducted in accordance with the provisions of PPRA Rules, 2004, and other applicable Government regulations. Interested bidders and firms must submit their bids electronically through EPADS only. Detailed bidding documents, reserve prices, bid security requirements, auction schedule, eligibility criteria, and complete terms & conditions are available on the EPADS and PPRA websites. Only bidders registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered on EPADS Version 2.0 are eligible to participate. Items being auctioned: - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Bus @ Rs.200/- per day - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Suzuki/Pickup @ Rs.100/- per day - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Mini Bus/Wagon @ Rs.150/- per day - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Taxi/Rickshaw @ Rs.30/- per day Locations for collection rights: - G.P.O Chowk on road leading - G.P.O Chowk Haider Road - Railway Station Road - Chur Chowk - Baraf Khana Chowk - Kiyani Road - O.P. No.22 The auction will be conducted for a period of one year. Bidders must submit a bid security amounting to Rs. 1400,000/- in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer Rawalpindi Cantt. The original bid security instrument must reach the office of RCB before the bid closing date and time; cash payments are not accepted. The e-auction will remain open until Tuesday, 15 September 2026 at 02:00 PM, with bids opened and evaluated online at 03:30 PM the same day. Bidders may improve or increase their bids multiple times until closing. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the annual auction amount immediately after approval and execute a contract agreement with Rawalpindi Cantonment Board at their own cost and expense. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, ATL listing, and EPADS registration. Bidders should carefully review the detailed terms and conditions on the official portals.
