AUCTION: Disposal of Railway Land for Fuel Station and Modern Retail Complex Lease

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Railways, through its Directorate of Property & Land at Headquarters Office Lahore, invites electronic bids via E-PADS v 2.0 for the disposal by leasing of Railway land for Fuel Station and Modern Retail Complex (MRC) on an as-is-where-is basis. The lease period is 21 years non-extendable with a one-time non-refundable fixed premium and an annual rent increase at 10% compound. Mobilization period allowed is six months from the date of possession. Manual bids are not accepted; only electronic bids submitted through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline will be considered. The bid opening is scheduled for 10 November 2026 at 14:30 hours, with a pre-bid conference on 2 November 2026 at 11:00 hours. Original bid security in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favor of FA&CAO/PR, Pakistan Railways must be submitted before the deadline at the office of DG/P&L, Pakistan Railways, HQ Office Lahore.
