AUCTION: Disposal of Waste Computer Paper and Pre-Printed Computer Stationery by PESCO

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of public assets by open auction. This auction is open to interested firms, companies, individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private and public limited companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs, NPOs, and IGOs. The disposal items include waste computer paper and pre-printed computer stationery located at various PESCO offices in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being auctioned: - Lot No. 1: Part-1 (Used White Paper) 15" x 11" Full Size, 1200 Kg at P.C.C. Mardan - Lot No. 1: Part-1 (Used White Paper) 15" x 11" Full Size, 4000 Kg at MIS Section PESCO H/Q - Lot No. 2: Part-1 (Used White Paper) 15" x 11" Full Size, 1000 Kg at P.C.C Swat - Lot No. 2: CP Form Pre-Printed Computer Stationery, 200 Kg - Lot No. 2: Part-1 (Used White Paper) 15" x 11" Full Size, 400 Kg at P.C.C Bannu - Lot No. 2: CP Form Pre-Printed Computer Stationery, 100 Kg The auction is conducted strictly on an "As is, where is" basis. Disposal will be carried out in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004 (as amended) and the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024. Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid security in the form of Pay Order/CDR must be uploaded electronically and submitted physically in favor of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account before the bid closing date and time. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. The highest evaluated responsive bid will be considered for acceptance subject to approval by the competent authority. Detailed bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0. Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions and ensure timely submission of bids before the deadline. The bid opening date and time is 27th October 2026 at 10:00 AM, and the closing time is 27th October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 and physically at the office of Manager (Disposal), PESCO Peshawar. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure their FBR registration and ATL status are up to date to avoid disqualification during the evaluation process.
